Hello People. I was motivated by
others' results and documents made online about their battle with
obesity, and i'm basically at the height of obesity in my life right
now, so i decided to chronicle my journey online. My Goal is 250 lbs
body weight. I want to lose a pound a week but time isn't as
important as the goal.
Before I start, Here are my
pictures.
  
And my starting weight is 319.5. Measured 4-12-2010 at bedtime.
4-12-2010:
I'm ready to start losing
weight. I'm not going to go too much into my diet or lifestyle here
online, probably because i don't want to embarrass myself too much
as far as what i do to eat right and workout right. And i don't want
a flood of opinions that always seem so close by.
I just want to note that I want to do it by eating
less and exercising more. But that i'll probably try and go slow
because I hate the suffering that i see on the biggest loser and
stuff. I'll try and update every day or 3 just so you know my weight
and my thoughts. If i mess up big time i might mention it but if i
succeed which is the point of this whole thing, i'll be talking
about that too. Anyway don't expect this page to be too
professional, it's just a way of making me feel like i MUST lose
weight and what better place it seems than online. (these days
that's the way people are doing it). Maybe i'm just looking for
something as a pass time. Well, we're going to bed so talk again
later
4-13-2010
woke up 830. had a weight loss shake from walmart. don’t expect to
eat again till noon.
Had 2 turkey sandwiches at old grandmas. Had strip cheese, little
popcorn.
Dinner, had a bunch of wings, ranch and fries, and bite of
hamburger.
Weigh in, 317.5. Still lost a little weight... Started the day right
and ate too much at dinner but i'll live with that number.
4-14-2010
had weightloss shake for breakfast.
had little bit of hamburger and fries.
had 2 bologna sandwiches with pickles and no condiments. had
carrots. very hungry right now it's 1:27pm
had rice and mushroom soup, I know gross. and shouldn't have before
dinner but was hungry.
for dinner had hot dogs steak potatoes and cheese that amanda made.
ate pretty piggy. won't eat again tonight i presume.
didn't eat again, and my weight was 316.5. Inching back down. I
don't ever want to "hit the wall" where i don't lose anymore but you
can't lose a pound a day all the time i know that.
4-15-2010
I ate shake for breakfast,
balogna sandwhich without condiments,
chicken alfredo hormel, beef stew hormel, 3 glasses of milk , tacos
with french onion dip and chips.
weighed 316.5. Didn't lose any weight today. I realize i could have
skipped a meal

I drank a shake
had rice and mushroom soup, and milk
rest of taco meat from last night and taco crips and milk
chicken noodle soup
and last, at culvers fries (lots), and double burger, and some ice
cream.
so i ate a lot, and i weigh 316.5 again. No shock but i'd almost
thought i'd have gained.
4-17-2010
I had doughnuts for breakfast (2 little ones)
I had sandwhiches meat bread cheese butter and chips and dip and
cake. also had a real root bear.
I then had mankato chick nuggets, bbq ribs, breaded crab, salad
bacon dressing, bread butter, augratin potatoes, and maybe more.
I won't lie i had a few pieces of ham and cheese for late snack
after everybody went to sleep. ha ha.
didn't weigh myself but i'm sure i would have gained.

I had a cinnamon frosted roll for breakfast
then i had potatoes and gravy, ham, beef, cooked carrots, green
beans, creasant rolls, and pie and a real root beer.
then i had ham, and a creasant roll, and now for dinner next.
had 5 wiener style hot dogs, chips, and dip.
weighed in, 317. Must try harder next time.

I had 2 cinnamon frosted rolls for breakfast and a little milk.
I had 2 hot dogs and some spaghettios for lunch. I had 2 balogna
sandwiches with french onion dip.
I had chips, eggs, sausage and gravy biscuits.
I had beef jerky.
weighed in at 318. so i'm not doing a good job.

basically didn't have the right mix of things today and didn't feel
like talking about

Amanda uses the computer at this time and i've been forgetting what
i ate. tomorrow i'll carry a pad and write it down.

I think i'm just going to update every month or so. we'll see.
